In the lively streets of Lagos, Nigeria, amid the alluring scents of local spices and the bustling activity of the markets, three remarkable chefs – Chef Sally, Chef Precious, and Chef Nana – embarked on a culinary adventure that would reshape African cuisine forever. Their journey began with an eye-opening trip to Dubai, where they were enchanted by the city’s vibrant food scene, sparking a desire to bring a similar experience back home to Africa.

Back in Nigeria, Chef Sally and Chef Nana shared a vision to spotlight the rich flavors and cooking traditions of Africa on a global stage. They recognized the need for a platform that would bring chefs from across the continent together, fostering cultural exchange and elevating African cuisine.

With unwavering passion, Chef Sally and Chef Nana founded the Culinary Guild of Africa. They arranged culinary tours, tasting events, and cooking workshops, extending invitations to chefs and food enthusiasts from Nigeria and beyond to join them in exploring and innovating.
